REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Prayerful Mother, every product is made to order, especially for you. Because our items are printed and fulfilled on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items. We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right — no questions asked. Contact us at community@prayerfulmother.faith within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners on your behalf.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After this window we are unable to cancel. Contact us immediately at community@prayerfulmother.faith with your order number.
